How it Works (Phone Menu)

1. Select Menu.
2. Select IP Service.
3. Select Call Features.
4. Scroll to and Select Anonymous.
5. Select appropriate line.
6. Select On.
7. Select Save.

How it Works (Feature Code)

1. Select Menu on the phone.
2. Select the desired line.
3. Dial *77. You will hear a message saying "Your anonymous call rejection service has been activated successfully."
4. To deactivate, repeat the process but use *87.

How to Setup (Phone)

1. Press the CID soft-key from either the Base Unit or Cordless Handset(s).
2. Scroll through the list of calls to see the name and number of previous callers.
3. Select the name and number you wish to call, Scroll to the line you wish to place the call from.
4. Press Call.

One button call transfer can be done from the Base Unit to the Cordless Handset(s):

1. During a call, on the Base Unit, simply press the button (1-6) on the Base Unit of the Cordless Handset to transfer the call.
2. When the Cordless Handset answers, hang up on the Base Unit and the call will be transferred.

To transfer an Outside Call to an Outside Party:

1. During a call from an Outside Party, press Menu.
2. Select Transfer, you will get a dial tone; dial the number to transfer the call to.
3. The number you are transferring to will ring.
4. You can then press Transfer immediately to Blind Transfer the call, or wait for the transfer party to answer and then press Transfer (=Warm Transfer).

To transfer an Outside Call to an Inside Party (Base Unit or another Cordless Handset):

1. During a call from an Outside Party, press Menu.
2. Press Intercom.
3. Select Base or the desired Cordless Handset.
4. You can then press Off or Hang Up to Blind Transfer the call.
5. If you wait for the Inside Party to answer (=Warm Transfer), you can press Off to disconnect yourself from the call or Conf to have a three way conference.

How It Works (Phone)

1. To answer the waiting call, the user presses the switch hook button.  The user connects with the waiting party and holds the original party.
2. Pressing the switch hook again, the user reconnects to the original party and holds the waiting party. 
3. Each call is hung up when any party hangs up.

How to Disable for All Calls (Feature Code)

1. Select the line to disable this feature by selecting Menu.
2. Select the desired line.
3. Dial #43.
4. To re-enable, repeat the process but use *43.

How to Disable for a Single Call (Feature Code)

1. Select the line to apply this feature by selecting Menu.
2. Select the desired line.
3. Dial *70. You will hear ring back then a new dial tone. Now enter in the number you wish to call. Your call waiting service will be disabled for this one call.

How It Works (Phone)

1. Select Menu.
2. Select IP Service.
3. Select Call Features, Scroll to and Select Block Caller ID, Select the appropriate line.
4. Select On/Off to enable/disable.
5. Select Save after each entry.

How it Works (Feature Code)

1. Select the line to apply this feature by selecting Menu.
2. Select the desired line.
3. Dial *31. You will hear a message saying "Your call line ID blocking service is now set to hide your identity, thank you."
4. To disable, repeat the process but use #31.

If this feature can has been activated, you can allow the display of your number and name for a single call. This is accomplished by selecting the desired line, dialing *65 and the desired number.

Forwarding All Calls to Voicemail: Activate *21, Deactivate #21

Call Forwarding All Calls to Voicemail When Busy: Activate *40, Deactivate #40

How It Works (Phone)

1. Select Menu, Select IP Service, Select Call Features, Scroll to and Select Call forward, Select appropriate line, Select Unconditional.
2. Select On/Off to enable/disable.
3. Select Phone Number and enter number to forward calls.
4. Select Save.

Call Forward Always: Activate *72, Deactivate *73

2. Select On/Off to enable/disable.
3. Select Phone Number and enter number to forward calls.
4. Select Ring Count to enter number of rings before call is forwarded.
5. Select Save after each entry.

Call Forwarding No Answer: Activate *92, Deactivate *93

Call Forwarding Not Reachable: Activate *94, Deactivate *95.

How it Works (Feature Code)

1. While on a call, place the caller on hold by pressing the HOLD button.
2. Dial *55.
3. Select the desired line you want to forward the caller to and select CALL. You will hear a short ring then a message, "To transfer your call to your mail box press the '#' key or hang up."
4. Press the '#' key or hang up and the caller will be transferred to voicemail.

How It Works (Phone)
To enable this feature on the phone (Base Unit or Cordless Handset):

1. Select Menu.
2. Select IP Service.
3. Select Call Features, Scroll to and select Do not disturb, Select appropriate line.
4. Select On/Off to enable/disable.
5. Select Save.

How it Works (Feature Code)

1. Selecting Menu on the phone.
2. Selecting the desired line.
3. Dial *78. You will hear a message saying "Your do not disturb service has been activated successfully."
4. To deactivate, repeat the process but use *79.

1. On the Base Unit, press the number of the Cordless Handset (1-6). The name of the Cordless Handset will be on the display and the Handset will ring.
2. On the Cordless Handset, press Menu, select Intercom, select the Base or name of the Cordless Handset you wish to call, and press Call (see Name or Label Handsets).
3. If you have multiple Cordless Handsets, you can use the Intercom feature to call between them.  On the Cordless Handset, press Menu, select Intercom, scroll to the desired Handset, and press Call.

How to Setup (Phone)

1. From the Base Unit, press the Redial button.  Scroll to the desired number, press Speaker phone button or pick up handset to dial.
2. From the Cordless Handset, press the Redial button.  Scroll to the desired number, press Menu, select Edit and Call, press Call.
3. Alternatively, dial *66 from a selected line, the last number dialed will be redialed.

1. On the Cordless Handset, press Menu.
2. Scroll to and select Initial Settings.
3. Scroll to and Select Handset name.
4. Press Select and use the keypad to enter the name of the Handset.
5. Press OK when complete.
6. Under Standby Display Select On to have the name of the Handset displayed on that Handset.

How to Setup (Phone)

1. Select the line to apply this feature by selecting Menu, select the desired line and dial *75. You will hear ring back then a new dial tone. Now enter in a 2-digit number plus the number you wish to call. For example: 11-123-456-7890. You will hear a message, "Speed dial 100 programming succeeded, thank you."
2. To dial a Speed Dial 100 number from the Base Unit, press #, press the two digit number. Wait for the number to ring, then proceed with the call via Speakerphone or pick up the handset.
3. To dial a Speed Dial 100 number from the Cordless Handset, press #, press the two digit number, and press Call.

How it Works (Feature Code)

1. To initiate a three-way call while engaged in a regular two-party call.
2. Press Menu and select Conference. Dial tone will be heard.
3. Dial the third party.
4. When the third party answers, press Conf to form a three-way call with all parties.
5. Once you hang up, all parties are released.

How to Setup (Phone)

1. To setup voice mail for the first time, press the voice mail button from the base unit and select the appropriate line. Your temporary voice mail password is 1234#.
2. Follow the prompts. Repeat if you have multiple lines.
3. To setup voice mail for the first time from the Cordless Handset, press Menu, Scroll to New Voice Mail, and select the appropriate line. Your temporary voice mail password is 1234#.
4. Follow the prompts. Repeat if you have multiple lines.

How to Retrieve Messages  (Phone)

1. Your Base Unit and Cordless Handsets will display "New Voice Mail" when you have a voice mail message. The Base Unit Voice Mail light will also flash.
2. To retrieve a voice mail message from the Base Unit, press the voice mail button, and select the appropriate line. Your temporary voice mail password is 1234#. Follow the prompts. Repeat if you have multiple lines.
3. To retrieve a voice mail message from the Cordless Handset, press Menu, Scroll to New Voice Mail, and select the appropriate line.
4. To manage the number of rings before your voice greeting answers, simply dial *610 from the desired line and respond to the prompts.

Email Notification
Activate email notification to direct your voice mail to send an email message each time a new voice mail message is received. Each voice mail message will appear in a separate email and, if Caller ID information is available, you'll see the caller's phone number in the subject line of the email. You will also be able to see if callers mark their messages as urgent. Please note changes to your settings will not take effect immediately.

• Log in to My Account and select Features and Services from the left control panel.
• Select Manage Features.
• Under the Voice Mail Delivery Options section of the page, select the Send Notification Email To box and enter the email in which to deliver your voice mails.
• Click the Save All button on the bottom right of the page to confirm your changes.
• If you wish to enable voice mail attachments, select the Forward Copy of Email To box on the Voice Mail Delivery Options section of the page.
