Important Notes Before Placing Your Order
- Clients must complete and submit their own order using their personal contact information. No one can complete the order on behalf of the client.
- Clients will be required to complete a credit check. Please be sure to have your ID ready – credit card and Social Security Number / Social Insurance Number.
- Start the order if you are the homeowner. If you are a lessee, you must provide written permission from the landlord at the installation appointment.
- Provide the correct personal information including your email address, phone number, date of birth, address, Social Insurance Number, and a form of payment.
- Ensure the account owner or an authorized contract signer over the age of 18 is present during the installation. The installation can take from 2– 5 hours depending on the equipment needed.
- The Control Panel and cameras will need to be located within 3–5 meters of an outlet that is not controlled by a switch. For access to the outlet, the technician may need to drill from the outside to the inside of the home. If you don't want the technician to drill into the home, you will need to arrange for an electrician to wire an outlet near the desired camera location before installation.
- When ordering, please verify or enter the correct ID number of the ACN IBO who referred you to ensure they will receive credit for your order.
