Complete the ACN Customer Form to receive an email with your personal validation code.
Select “Get My Offer” in the email from TELUS to complete your order.
New customers only. Existing TELUS, Koodo or Public Mobile customers are not eligible to sign up through ACN.
DO's
- DO have the referring ACN IBO’s ID number ready for verification during the ordering process.
- DO complete and submit your order yourself. No one else can complete this form for you.
- DO complete your order ONLY via the ACN online portal via the link below.
- DO have the ACN IBO submit an order or contact TELUS on your behalf. You must complete the order process, which includes important acknowledgments and terms related to your service.
- DO have your payment method ready.
- DO remove any credit blocks prior to placing an order and ensure your order information matches the Credit Bureau. TELUS performs a credit check on all orders.
- DO enter your Account, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Card addresses correctly and ensure they match. TELUS cannot ship to a PO Box.
- DO follow the guidelines below if requested to provide verification in a TELUS store:
- DO provide your Billing Account Number found on the TELUS email. Show an acceptable Photo ID that includes your Passport or Driver License. Health Cards ARE NOT eligible.
- DO ensure the Acceptable Proof of Address document matches the name and address on your order. Telecommunication Invoices ARE NOT eligible.
- DO reply to the TELUS email to progress the order once complete.
DON'Ts
- DON’T have the ACN IBO submit an order on your behalf.
- DON'T provide the ACN IBO's email address or the IBO's mobile number instead of yours.
- DON'T use the ACN IBO's credit card for the upfront payment. Only use your credit card.
- DON'T have the ACN IBO submit an order or contact TELUS on your behalf. You must complete the order process, which includes important acknowledgments and terms related to your service.
- DON’T sign up through ACN if you are an existing TELUS, Koodo or Public Mobile customer. Existing customers are not eligible.
- However, ACN-acquired TELUS customers are able to add additional lines to their account.
- DON’T use Health Cards for identification. A Health Card IS NOT an acceptable Photo ID document and IS NOT eligible for verification purposes.
- DON’T use Telecommunication Invoices for Proof of Address.
- DON’T activate your account in the TELUS store. Once you’re ready to activate your account, reply to the TELUS email to progress the order.
Important IBO Number Information
On the next page, you will be required to enter the ID of the ACN IBO who referred you. Ensure you have the correct ACN IBO’s ID ready to enter so they get credited for your order.
